Assuming you have installed the ControlNet extension and have downloaded the appropriate ControlNet models, these poses are image files for use with the OpenPose model (no preprocessor). You can keep the files wherever you wish. You drag and drop whichever one you want to use into the image area ControlNet tab.
I generally keep try to keep the poses as .PNG files and save a sample image produced with it as a .JPG. This keeps the two files side by side in my poses folder.
