sometimes you need the expression to change. not necessarily pain but some open mouth loras make the face look too happy, sometimes an expression of ecstasy looks more like this lora then the expression Flux thinks it should look like. I am a, mostly benevolent person, who, recreationally, also happens to be a Sadist; providing a service to other consenting adults. As such, there are a number of reasons why someone might do this. It's a fetish like any other, and, when performed among consenting individuals, is functionally harmless.

I have very little interest in causing another human being "Harm", but "Pain" and "Injury" are not the same thing. To a masochist, the fact that I am willing to, and enjoy causing them pain is very much a "feature".

One could explain the existence of this LoRA as another extension of that. People like that, doms or subs, tend to enjoy the 'Flavor/Illusion' of suffering, but not the real thing. I could go into the psychology of it, its far more common that you might expect for example, but the point is, that this might be another example of the indulging of a person's particular fantasy, in an entirely fictional way.
