Yes it should be, I you want to change the nose on an already rendered image:

But i also have a request : this could seems silly but, could you please do it for SDXL.
Explanation : while using some nodes in SDXL, like instantID (that add some kind of fake cfg scale by adding instructions to the initial prompt/generation) , it's amplify cleft chin and face shine in an unwanted way. So, as there no lora of this type on this day, I want to ask you if you maybe would consider this option !
