Can't believe all the time I spent not just doing some editing in a photo editor. Would have taken a million years for that hair thing to look right but it took only a couple minutes to copy one from one of these other images, drop it onto my picture, then let the program generate a new texture in inpaint.
I completely understand this sentiment. I actually just started using Photoshop for hands/minor fixes instead of inpaint. Kinda "cheating" but whatever.
@novowels Yeah. I thought the same way. Like it goes against the spirit of generating an image. That said, GIMP is 100% free and everyone has access to it. I've got very basic photoshop skills and even that is enough to help you out a lot. Prompting eats up a lot of time and if editing a hand, or some hair strands, gets you done quicker, that's a good thing. SD is still doing like 99% of the work for me. I still will run over my personal edits with it to blend stuff in better than I'm able.
