My first NSFW concept so be gentle, give me feedback nonetheless because I want to improve it and train other concepts, I have at least 4 more planned, I accept ideas too, if I like them and there's enough data I might make them.
The objective here was to get a better grab and try to keep it to one hand as Pony usually does more of a breast support and it insists on using both hands for it. It was trained with both realistic and drawn images.

About the LoRA, the main trigger is: one handed breast grab and I also recommend going with pov. And you can use these helpers if it doesn't work the first time:
groping, breast grab, pov hands The LoRA starts working decent at 0.7 strength and the hand gets better the closer to 1, with more use, I noticed it can get even to 1.3. If you get a second hand regardless, tell it to grab something else with torso grab, thigh grab, etc. or use one of the helpers as negative. It does a pretty decent second grab even though I didn't use data about that regardless.
There's also data for guided breast grab but it doesn't work 100% of the time and sometimes it works unprompted.

It's great when it works, but very gacha. Most gens are two handed. Testing the triggerwords without the Lora gave very similar results. The problem is, that the basemodels already "know" 'pov breast grab' (while just ignoring the 'one handed') So I believe it would greatly improve the Lora if you would retrain with a somewhat more unique trigger. Maybe something like 'Pov male hand, grblft/grbrgt' (for "grab left, grab right") instead. And leave out 'breast grab' entirely; just that trigger alone without any Loras seems to give me nothing but pov two handed grabbing. So in it's current form your Lora is constantly fighting the base models. Hope you'll succeed! :)
Yeah, I noticed a bit too, going past 1 on weight and/or having the trigger at the beginning of the prompt helps, I didn't want to train more to not mess with style. So, 1.3 - 1.4 is still ok. I wrote as much today on the description.
Choosing the hand, nah, forget it, that's bound to make other type of problems. Changing the trigger, I could try, but I don't want it to work out from overfitting either 🤔. Thanks for the honest comment and suggestions.
@IndolentCat I tried that, but even going as far up as 1.6 didn't help. Any higher and I get failed gens (either a black or blue garbled mess, as if no vae was loaded, or grainy oversaturated pics with super thick outlines). But I suppose different base models will just behave differently. Still I believe using unique triggers would bring huge improvements. :)
