Grippy buttholes!

Use 'anal grip' as the main tag, pair with 'anal' for anal sex, or pair with 'anal object insertion' and 'anal beads'. Can kind of do butt plugs, but you might want a butt plug specific LoRA to help with that.

Leave the LoRA weight at 1 and use parentheses on the 'anal grip' tag. Increasing the weight on the tag will somewhat increase the amount of pull. I recommend adding '(solo)' for object insertions, otherwise it seems to try to replace penises with them.

Seems to work well with most base models, except DucHaiten-Pony-Real and PonyPlex.

Little bit of a 'from behind' bias, but you can mostly work around it. Really does not want to do 'top-down bottom-up' from behind though. Doesn't work as well with anthro characters, but does work.
