Is the images in fp8 or fp16 flux? Sometimes fails at likeness for me. Also how come yours is 9mb but others are 18mb is that because you train 2 blocks?
I use Q8 mostly. This one is the only model of mine I used regularization images for, so it seems the likeness is a little weaker for some reason. I can retrain it the same as the others if you want.
And yep, that's why it's 9mb.
@LoraMaker I see, how many photos do you use? Don't it take long to retrain?
@banditlevel200 Usually around 20 photos. It takes about 3 hours on my setup, or an hour on runpod.
