An experimental LoRA adds amazing depth of field (blurry background and foreground) and specific effects that emphasize depth (lights, contrast, details, etc).
I haven't tested this LoRa very often, but the first results are very good. I like the weight of 0.8 - 1.2. Large values add artistry, but can lead to unexpected results. It works best on close-up shots and macro shots.
If you're not sure if the effects of LoRA have been applied, try adding the keywords "amazing depth of fields" or "depth of fields". This should enhance the effects.

Not to devalue your work, but, seems about as pointless as a tit lora in SDXL. I mean, my issue is getting the backgrounds to STOP being blurry..
I don't want to devalue your comment, but it seems meaningless without any example.
@fooocus_prompts Example of AI images with blurry backgrounds? That'd just be redundant.. I mean, do ya want me to show ya an image with color in it, while I'm at it?
@Lazman your comment is not quite in the right place. I described that the LoRA gives more depth with specific effects. I didn't write that it would solve your problem. If you want to get a sharp picture in general, including without a blurred background, you could find a suitable LoRA and test it, for example this one: https://civitai.com/models/279601/clear-deblur-sliders-ntcaixyz
