If you are feeling Brave you can try out the new GGUF versions, however these were experimental at the time of writing:

3060 12gb not working . every time error
until the GGUF quantized models are working, you would not have enough memory.
video that is being made, will explain this although the Authors github do mention the requirements.
it will be a tight squeeze even on 16GB, however the GGUF offer 8GB, which will work.

I have cog working with https://github.com/pinokiofactory/cogstudio and only 6gb of vram. But not vid2vid, that still errors. txt2vid and img2vid works fine.
