    • Prompting: Keywords mixed with natural language fires flux right up. Describe whats in the background to avoid solid colors.
I removed any mention of balls in the captions but it still helps to describe something as "ball shaped", "orb", "spherical" or other words that start the vectors off in the right direction. The image net knows more than the captions would let on.
If you're prompting for many, assorted, pile are good keywords. Describe them from left to right, top to bottom. Describe their positions when you can, since they are captioned that way.
Some of the listed keywords have [color] or other bracketed words. Consider these place holders to mix and match with. This is a keyword hard lora with densely captioned training data. Have fun with it. Those are not all of the tags, but it should be enough to get going.

    • Steps: Seems to work well across most ranges. Lower steps work better at lower strengths. Solid backgrounds are more common under 20 steps.

    • CFG: If used, 2-3 works well. Can then use the suggested negative prompt to take off the foam toy edge. There is a ton of synthetic data in the set without the foam painted look, so these tokens steer it away very effectively.
      foam, toy, sponge, plastic, painted
Without negative prompting a good way to avoid the foam is just prompt for realism and describe the material / medium

    • Strength: 0.7 is ideal, but experiment with different levels. Has effect from 0.2 to 1.5. Untested beyond that.

    • Resolution: Works great across all resolutions. Try hires fix boosted from low resolution base for creative effects. Most of the training set is squared but there are some panoramic scenes in the assorted tagged part of the data

    • Lora mixing: Do it.

Zzt! It's time to talk tech, yeah! I'm crankin' up the juice on this LORA, baby! FP8 on Kohya-SS, 8/8 Dim/Rank, and I'm talkin' 4 low-res epochs with batches of 2, then 2 more with batches of 1 - just me, my trusty RTX 4080, and a whole lotta attitude! 8 hours of non-stop, pedal-to-the-metal trainin', but that's after days of tweakin', tunin', and diggin' through ancient image files like a cyber-archaeologist! Higher strengths, yeah, you might see some glitchy artifacts, but hey, that's just the system overloadin'! Captions? Robust, radical, and totally on point! Handcrafted tags, accurate as possible, and lengthy natural language captions courtesy of Florence2 Large - not always spot-on, but detailed, descriptive, and fuel for the latent inferno! Stay tuned for Version 2, it's gonna be a wild ride, and I'm not just talkin' about the code, baby!

    Description

    V1. Go Balls Go!

I wanted to attempt a world morph approach with it, but i forgot to change the folder name. Consequently, "Madballz" is a token associated to the entire dataset. Also, without my lovely caption dropout functioning, there were no steps with any caption dropout or shuffling. This is a keyword hard lora with densely captioned training data. Have fun with it. These are not all of them but it should be enough to get going.
