If you don't use it for inpainting it mainly generates profile images, it can't generate full body shots. Also it is not good with character loras, so just generate one good image and then inpaint the face I suppose.

If you want to inpaint face I would recommend to mask the face this way (leaving the nose, cuz this face doesn't contain the nose, so with this approach you can save proportions of the face):
