Adds mastectomy scar and light other small tidbits for trans characters.
Main focus is mastectomy, useful for FTM / Andromorph characters and the like.
v0.3 is trained on civitai itself, so no oily mess like 0.2. If you'd like to see me make more, do leave some feedback/images/buzz!
