This character has a lot of stuff that the ai usually struggles with, which is why I'm quite unhappy with how the lora turned out, but I don't really know how to improve it with the limited dataset this character has.
A weight of ~1.0 is recommended.
Feel free to experiment with other weights and share your results if you want to!

Use "short hair" for her hairstyle.
I'd recommend adding "heterochromia, blue eyes, red eyes" to your positive prompts.
Sometimes adding "horns" can help generating her horns, but sometimes this adds a third horn.
Using "tatto" outside of her base outfit is really inconsistent.
For her outfit you can try the following prompt:
"IoPSO2, heterochromia, blue eyes, red eyes, short hair, tattoo, horns, IoBase, uniform, black shirt, shorts, thighhighs"

I know this post is 4 months old, but I might have a suggestion on how to improve this, basically instead of it just being Io, make it into a "Deuman" Lora taking in all the other Deuman to add to the example pool, not sure how well it would work but you could also maybe use in-game screenshots as well or from cutscenes or even the Anime? I'm not a Lora maker so I don't know how effective that would be, but it's something.
