If I may ask, how'd you get it down from 200+mb to 15mb?
There is a tool within the kohya-ss GUI called "Resize LoRA" that can do that. I also didn't know about it at first, but once I discovered it and how much size it saves while barely sacrificing any quality (as far as I can tell at least), I use it on all of my models now
I was gonna say "probably conservative rank/alpha settings," but yeah... hearing a lot of stuff about reducing LoRAs lately.
There's even better stuff out there to do it if you look. Apparently Kohya's way is a bit slower and unoptimized. Saw this tool earlier and it looks quite promising...
