This is a slider, Lora, so you can choose whatever weight you want, so experiment and find what suits you best. A positive weight adds size to thighs. You can use even higher weights such as 8 and above it all depends on characters and checkpoints.
You can also add thick thighs to your prompt to make it have an even stronger effect.

Commenting again to just say how amazing this one is.
Not only does this work great on anime/cartoon styles, it actually works better on realistic styles than the thigh sliders based on realistic images.
This goes into my handful of Loras that I can add to almost any image with the image improving with few to no negative side effects.
