Belle is a Selkie from Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers. She believes the main character Layle has a romantic interest in her and concludes the reason he is "stalking" her is because he is too shy to ask her out.

Okay, now this one was a challenge. Belle had next no artwork made of her, and most of her in-game render images were quite low quality. Sort of surprising that the lora turned out half way decent.

SD 1.5: Definitely should be used with strengths between 0.7 and 0.9. Due to the dataset containing so many in-game render images, some checkpoints may generate 3D-ish images that look like they might be from some older console game's cutscenes.

The lora has hard time coloring her clothing correctly, so you may need to inpaint them one by one...

Well, anyway... I guess this is for the hypothetical person who also played Crystal Bearers at some point and yet still remembers this character, hope you enjoy the lora! :D
