Well here we have one annoying bitch, or was Heero the annoying bitch? No, I remember! Everyone is an annoying bitch in gundam wing! :P Only good thing about it was the opening "Just communication" and i guess the story was ok. I remember wanting to strangle every character at some point. Regardless! Even if the inside is rotten Relena is cute enough.
This LORA came out weird, not bad but weird, it is stable in all the range but it seems to have a slight quasi photo realistic bent due to the mixture of the art and the model. As I said Odd.

I did some tests between .7 and 1 and everything came out ok. With getting closer to the anime at 1. I think I prefer it at .8 but that's just me.
I was able to consolidate 3 outfits:
RelenaRedOutfit (her white skirt version and red skirt version are mixed up so add a tag for the one you prefer or leave it to luck. Sometimes she gets pants.)
RelenaMilitaryUniform
RelenaBlueDress(somewhat iffy as there were very few images)

Sooooo, I see you watched the Duuub XD
As a matter of fact watching Gundam wing turned me off Gundam until I watched 00 Years later. As You said it might have been the dub but holly hell. Everyone in it needed some good bitch slapping.
@knxo Oh I fully support your decision to hate Gundam because of the Dub, the dub really was THAT bad (remember this was the era where 'rice balls' in Pokemon were translated as 'Hamburgers').
They not only changed major dialog and made everyone super cringy, but it actually cut out a TON of stuff; so if you watch the dub various characters will literally disappear or change their motivation for seemingly no reason (when the reason were cut due to censorship.)
For example, the fact the whole show is an allegory for WW2, and each pilot represented one of the allies is VERY danced around. They also completely cut out a lot of Duo's (the guy with the long ponytail) religious opinions and the fact that Trowa and Quatre (the tall guy and the blond) slept together.
@stablespaceman I still have fond memories of it so it wasn't all bad(otherwise i wouldn't have took the time to make this LORA). It was surprisingly hard to collect a good dataset. :P I even had to cut to pieces a nice composite story art image to get individual poses. I had thought Gundam wing was more prolific fanart wise. Anyway above all, the opening is nice! It is still in some of my playlists.

Go for it! And post it. I don't remember if it came in the dataset. I used mostly fanart rather than screencaps. I have noticed using screencaps from that era often gives me grainy results as can be seen in my macross 7 LORAs.
