If you're having trouble running Flux on your PC, this is likely the solution you need. GGUF models are smaller, use less VRAM, and are faster! You can find all download and installation instructions in the workflow notes. Use ComfyUI Manager to install any missing nodes, and enjoy!

you should build a video tutorial to go with this workflow
i downloaded all the files that you told me to. thank you for providing those links and paths as to where to save the files. When I turn on IP Adapter and try to run the workflow, it tells me: LoadFluxIPAdapter 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'model' (but i have the exact files plugged in that you told me to use for LoadFluxIPAdapter
I have the same problem here for controlnet, and I thought I needed to type something in, but that node only has dropdowns
It's happening when you try to use the Sampler that allow IPAdapter and Controlnet?
@Sam_A it happens when I execute the workflow.
@rachelcenter AH! Just like I suspected. It happens when you execute the workflow... lol
This problem started to happen with IPAdapter after some update in nodes. Seems like some GGUF omdels cannot work with UPAdapter. They might fix it soon. :\
If you replace the gguf loader for a normal checkpoint loader, it might work fine.
@Sam_A I was wrong, this was my problem!
