I don't think you need this high rank for a simple concept like this. It's not like you are teaching Flux hands. It is good with hands. You just want to guide it in the right direction. Too higher rank will learn other unpredictable things like faces, background, etc

Your lora is contaminated with all sorts of things, it changes faces, textures, expressions....

lower the dim first, and add caption to your dataset, alternatively crop the unnecessary like faces subject and so on
