I have trained two versions of this LoRA with the same dataset, but with two different trainers: Simple Tuner and Kohya_ss. I prefer the second version --- but try it yourself :) Have fun!

Here I share the training steps: 1300, trained with Simple Tuner.
Here I share the the first epoch, trained with - you already guessed it^^: Kohya_ss.

Did you find you had to use a different number of steps on Kohya versus Simple?

This dataset contains 355 images ... so I thought: Hm. Maybe the training needs a little more time. What bothers me more is the file size: Kohya has about 150 MB and Simple Tuner about: 50 MB. Is there "more" in it? :)

Are you using any other settings then "Euler" and "Normal" for sampler and scheduler? I tried Karras and on Schnell version and I get some more realistic results in skin but some pattern artifacts in some other parts where the surface is a kind of metal.

This was trained on Flux Dev, so the results on Schnell are not guaranteed, try Flux.Dev Q4 or Q8 with Flux Hyper Lora if you want fast generations with Lora.

regardless of the lora flux cannot generate realistic skin, there will be a certain amount of the plastic feel in it, it's just how flux is, if you really want the exact texture of the skin run it through a SD refiner.

Include "full body" and "perfect feet" with a LoRA for feet ... I have an (unpublished) here, coming soon, but there is a LoRA from EauDeNoire, which you can try. Good luck! :D
