hi ! , really like this model , but , how did you even manage to train a lora for flux ? any steps or recomendations ?
They used Ai-Toolkit locally. Requires 24GB of VRAM for now. Tutorials all around youtube. Its quite easy and straight forward.
There are some online platforms which support FLUX lora training as well. If i'm not mistaken, even here on civit for example.
@marcoppino how many images did you have in your dataset and did you do tests to see if you would get better or worse results with fewer or more steps than the 5000 you ended uploading here?
