Euler A at 30 steps should work just fine. CFG 7 ~ 10
For positive use score_9, score_8_up, score_7_up. I also recommend source_anime
For Hires, I use:
Denoise: 0.4
Steps: 15

Right now they have a limited bandwidth for checkpoints. They are adding them in order of popularity. So I don't think is gonna get added anytime soon.

Bruh, how do they even use these to generate images before it is even added to Civit?
Do they simply gen with a different website or smth?
You can run SD locally in your PC. Most people use Forge WebUI or ComfyUI. What do you think the downloads are for?

Some people have been using it before it was published on civitai, which is popular on the Japanese BBS 5ch.
This model on civitai was reprinted without permission by someone other than the author.

@kunjabihariji317 Does it actually mean it's a waste of time to use gen services? Or is it plainly all just to start building your own generator apps?
@JaySat I've never used any online generators, so I can't really compare. But setting up ComfyUI can be annoying at first, so if you can pay an online service to save you that time, it makes sense as a purchase.
Ultimately the image results are going to be the same. Though I see people mention sometimes that certain models aren't available for generating images here, and can only be downloaded. So I guess in that case the benefit would be to run something on your own computer
It's not really hard. I would put it at the same level as modding Skyrim or something. There's a chance you run into issues with the initial setup though, and that can suck

You can't use it on the website. Admins would have to enable on-site generation, and that's not really in my power.
