There is a longer version where she actually goes visibly topless which was only shown in private to other staff to freak them out. I remember that from the DVD commentary. And a very blurry version of that still exists... So there's a LITTLE more to work with.
This reminded me of another early Family Guy one-off character, Maid Madeline.
