What I use & settings: DPM++ SDE Comfy Sampler & Align Your Steps Scheduler, Base Res of 832x1216 with 2x Hires fix, 6 Hires steps & 0.3 denoise, ADetailer at 1024x1024 & 0.3 Denoise, Vectorscope -1 Brightness +1 Contrast, (PAG) Perturbed-Attention Guidance: 4 PAG Scale | 1 Rescale Pag | Rescale Mode "Full", 7 CFG w/ PAG Rescale.

For some reason this lora doesn't work on my local machine, but fine on civit... weird.
Its a DoRA so if you use normal Forge by Illyasviel you'll need to apply a patch
