T-Elos (Xenosaga III and Xenoblade 2) LoRA

I noticed that there was a KOS-MOS LoRA but not a T-Elos one, so I decided to fix that.

This is a LoRA, this mean that you need to update Voldy/AUTOMATIC1111's webui to use it (use git pull) .

Weight:

I only tested it at 1.0 but normally you won't need use a lower weight unless you want to use multiple LoRAs

Xenosaga III design:
