this Lora seems to help with fangs - Vampire facing - v1.0 | Stable Diffusion LoRA | Civitai
I used 0.6 weight and it helped.
might be able to increase hair length. can change outfits by lowering weight 0.8 seems to work. I'm not sure what weights are best for the black sclera lora, 0.7 - 1 is my guess

that was fast, lol. was surprised a illustration version wasn't done already. the only other one was a realistic lora based off a modded appearance
