was it ever confirmed how old Miquella is exactly? or how old he roughly is?
he supposed to be an adult like other siblings. But it is confirmed that (s)he is androgynous
He is cursed with the body of a child, though the exact age he's supposed to appear as isn't clear. Any art you see of him in game is wispy as hell, and the arm is old and gnarled. You see him better in the DLC but even then he's kind of ethereal so it's tough to tell.
All that said, he is an adult. However many thousands of years old the events of the game would make him.
