Does what it says on the tin: Places a dildo deep in the lady's throat. Surprised I haven't found this concept out there yet.
The anatomy is a bit iffy: While it adds an impressive throat bulge, let's just say the angle of attack can be off. In a painful way.
Trained on SDXL but works pretty well with Pony-based merges, too. Might need to up the weight though.
