Inpainting homie. 4 mask blur, original masked content, only masked inpaint area, Euler a sampling method, and 15-45 denoising strength.
You can try following along with the settings in my profile

could you share the shiny oil skin v1 lora, the link you posted seems to have replaced it with some lora that shows up as shinyskin_v7 under the v1 section
