Lora seems working as intended but requires bit tinkering in negative prompt to remove the parting lips, but i'd guess lack of dataset sample made the creation of this lora hard.
In BD2 illustrations, Eclipse was depicted parting lips. (Especially slingshot costume)
Yes. You need negative prompt about mouth if you can't control it and don't want to depict it.
