what is NAI?

NAI stands for NovelAI, which is a base checkpoint used for training loras. Saying that its trained on NAI only means that your prompts should use Booru tags instead of the traditional sentence based prompts and the "clip skip" setting should be set to 2. Pretty much all anime/cartoon models are trained on NAI or a derivative checkpoint.
As for the URL of where to find, that is a bit tricky since its availability is rather questionable. I really can't remember where I found it, so you will have to search.
