Time Hopper, a scooter-like air-machine.

I hadn't had much stills to work with, they all kind of looked similar, maybe that was a good thing.
It worked out okay I guess. use fut2ra as the tag, and then the rest:
purple skin, dark eyes, long messy hair, black hair, blue headset, smirk, red futuristic leotard, blue shoulder pads, yellow rubber gloves, belt, shoes, etc etc etc.
