The characters are:

Li Shan - Po's dad

Tai Lung - Villain from first movie

Lord Shen - Villain from second movie

Kai the Collector - Villain from third movie

Rhino guard - A mix of the various rhino guards you see throughout

Boss Wolf (IL only) - Apart of shen's army

Pony only:

*Leopard is spelled incorrectly in the tags (leapord), that's my fault. It's how I tagged though so use it for best results
