This model is trained on 250 crops hand picked from One piece Colored Scans, no fan-art or anything like that.
Sadly there aren't a lot of quality panels with Nico Robin, most of them are face portrait or some kind of deformed angled shots. Don't expect too much stability from this LoRA
Trained on PonyDiffusion XL Base model.
Base prompt:

There are some outfits that seems to kinda work but again, not perfect not stable.

Nice work! please make more one piece girls manga style
The biggest problem is the source. The manga is full of panels with very cropped/distorted drawing + a shitton of baloons everywhere. This makes LoRa not always possible or of suboptimal quality (like this one of Nico Robin).

I was waiting the SD3 release or Pony 7 but I think will take too long. Also i' don't have anymore much free time to spend on LoRa training

I think one big reason it's not that stable is because you confused Viola from the Dressrosa arc for Robin and put her in here as well, the girl with the flower on her hair and who wears the purple-dotted white dress is Viola and not Robin
I'll check the data. Thank you! If this is the case i'll retrain without the wrong images
