What is the difference between XL and Pony? Since it has the same name, isn't it just the same file?

There is no difference, text embedding works with CLIP, Pony and XL use the same CLIP, but you can't see the other one in search results when using it online.

@sheevlord That works for me. However, It's just easier for users who are very new to drag and drop without the fear of changing a filename. You know, get more noobs to dl and used your embeddings without any confusion. HTH.

According to the creator, they're both the same file. They just made 2 versions so that it will appear to users using either a XL or Pony-only search filter.

I think the drill is to put it in your embeddings folder. With your other embeddings. Whether you put it in your negative or positive prompt makes a huge difference.
