When using it for making explicit scenes make sure to use the positive prompt "uncensored"; and the negative prompts "censored" + "mosaic censoring".

Using the tag "trexxx" can give better results depending on what you are trying to do. Although it works well without it I advise to always use it.

Use Highres-Fix and Adetailer for better results.
