Install Instructions:
open stable diffusion -> extensions -> install from URL -> https://github.com/Mikubill/sd-webui-controlnet.git
click Apply and restart UI
Then download from https://huggingface.co/webui/ControlNet-modules-safetensors/tree/main the file control_openpose-fp16.safetensor
place it inside extensions/sd-webui-controlnet/models
After all of this, you will have a ControlNet v1.1.112 just above Script in txt2image tab
Open it, place the pose you want to replicate by selecting it from your computer and place it in the image selection square box. You can also drag and drop.
Select preprocessor NONE, check Enable Checkbox, select control_openpose-fp16 in Model list, check Controlnet is more important in Control Mode.
Then generate your image, don't forget to write a proper prompt for the image.
I uploaded the pose images in sitting_controlnet folder and 1 example generated image with that pose on sitting_examples using the same prompt for all of them and my model betterCuteAsian. But you can modify the prompt to fit what you want.

Love your pose packs! As a suggestion, I usually put your example images and the controlnet images in the same folder, but I rename the example images with a (1) to have them next to each controlnet image...easier to use and refer to examples that way. For example s1,s1(1),s2,s2(1),s3,s3(1). Everything with a (1) is the example image. You could organize your next releases this way for much easier use and reference and everything would be in one folder as well instead of two!

Can i install it also in draw things ?
I'm not sure about what you are asking. Follow the instructions to install controlnet then you can use the poses (black colored images with sticks) on Stable Diffusion controlnet as instructions describe.
I use draw things on the iPad and i don‘t know how to install it there or is it even possible to install it
@DaYofRedEmptioN i have no idea actually, i always tought controlnet was something created only and only for stable diffusion. Not sure what you can do on draw things, you might try to go in discord chat of civitai and ask in help channel, maybe you are lucky and you find someone that can help you.
Could you also make one for sitting down with your legs crossed? I've found a lot of samples of what I'm looking for on google with 'sitting on throne with legs crossed', but I'm having trouble figuring out OpenPose editor.
There is a lora for it, but openpose is nice because it doesn't contribute to the overbaking as much.
