Some models really like to add a second hair bun, you can try using "double bun" in negatives. Sadly it doesn't seem to help that much though
For her outfit you can try the following prompt:
Uniform:
"SMPluto, long hair, single hair bun, sailor senshi uniform, knee boots, bow, white gloves, elbow gloves, pleated skirt"
Using "1990s \(style\)" will give you something a little closer to the anime.
This will probably not work that well with all models.
You should consider giving her hands something to do as otherwises the ai really likes to put random stuff into them.
I also have no idea why, but sometimes it will just generate a floating small planet?
All in all few problems that mainly come from the nature of her dataset.
I don't know if Sailor Moon datasets just suck or if it's me that sucks and I'm just to stupid to work with them sometimes lmao.

I kind of already do whenever I train a character lora. Almost all of them have a unique hairstyle and a default outfit.
If you want to train some article of clothing it's the same principal as training a character.
Training a style also works pretty similar, although I've only ever done it once
Great to see the Sailor collection almost complete
Sailor Moon and Sailor Chibi Moon bth have wands that are uses for there finishing moves.
Pluto and Saturn have Staffs there usually drawn with. pluto has her key staff and saturn has the silence glave. the guardians other than the moon princesses also use transformation wands/pens. it could be the AI remembers her staff but since the prompt lacks her polearm or planet rod. it just inserts a random object fitting the background theme.
