✦ Arthemy Real XL ✦
SDXL has improved a lot since its first iteration and for a while I've searched for the right combination of models in order to create a "realistic feeling" to my images.
Then, while testing a lot of models from Civitai, I've found Eldritch Photography and I think it's the best base model I've ever saw (grainy, realistic and general) - that was the start of my brewing.
I've merged a few checkpoints and several of my own trained models and I've come to this result. It's still slightly more grainy that I'd like it to be - I'll have to work on a new release soon - but I think it's a very interesting model to have fun with and experiment, since I've added several of my favorites models for creative uses.
Let me know how it feels! Cheers!

i just don't get why you think a noisy image is a good image... Digital photos are currently the photo and the goal is to remove all noise. And this doesn't look like film grain. It just looks like poor iso. I was annoyed that eldrich added noise to the photos as I like his painting version (though that could be sharper too).
In general I like to have a little bit of grain in my generated images, especially because I like img2img and those tiny details helps the AI to provide more variety in the "micro" with a very small variation.
Said so: I agree with you that this might be a little bit "too much grainy" for now.
Actually upscaling the image smoothens it out a lot, so (at least for me) a grainy first gen isn't bad at all. Smooth images dont upscale well usually.
Don't suppose we could get an Illustrious compatible version of this, could we?
