Baked a little heavily, but it's Firebrand from Gargoyle's Quest 2; though most know their descendant from Demon's crest on the SNES or the species red arremer from the Ghost n' Goblin series.
It's a bit heavy handed but I wanted the wings to work and such, so keep it under 0.8 if you want to experiment more creatively.

It does a good job of removing the cuffs if you do not want them, and can do short or regular sizes depending on inputs like if shortstack is there or not.

I am actually making one for Arma as well. However, there is not much art for Arma that will work well so I need to draw and paint some up for it to work; thus it will take some time.
