This is a weird LoRA, to get anything useful out of it you need to describe Don Quixote first. Here's what worked for me: quixote, skinny eccentric knight, grey mustache, beard, (hat, helmet:0.5). But what's cool about it is that you can't miss with it. Whatever Stable Diffusion will output it looks as if it was intended that way: holding a windmill in a hand - very artistic, sitting on a horse backwards - classic Don Quixote! So use it accordingly.
