I have a suggestion : Reppy (OC) and Lyrical Touch (OC)
While normally I'd agree and want to do it. I doubt I could. I technically can but I always ask the owner of the characters for their permission or if the character is "inactive" and doesn't have artwork drawn to it (like in Chestnut Quill's case due to what limited art exists of her).
Reppy and Lyrical Touch are still quite active these days and I doubt Replica as owner of Reppy would want me to make a LORA of his OC. Though I figure he's probably aware of style LORAs that exist for his own artist style. It's really bad for Reppy as so much of her art is drawn by Replica too, it's basically going to be a style LORA as much as a character LORA.
Long story short: As much as I want to, I'll have to pass on both of these characters that you suggested.
