Better, more reliable male underwear — currently works for:

• briefs or trunks (less reliable) or boxers or boxer shorts

• You can mention colour like pink briefs

• Or you can mention checkered or prints like dolphin print eg: boxers with banana print

• Add big bulge for a bulge

• You can add underwear brand "CK" to get CK on the underwear waistband

• Works with, both, realistic and artwork models

I'd recommend using Dreamshaper Turbo XL, which can work with SDXL base model as well. That's how the preview images were generated.
