Use the 'itrobo2022' trigger as well as the weight to reinforce the style.
Works great for creating bipedal robots. A little worse for non-anthropomorphic machines, but it depends a lot on your prompts.
I paid a lot of attention to backgrounds when training. The emphasis was on monotone backgrounds, so the model is great for generating concept art.
Also the model works great for img2img, varying the degree of denoising you get different levels of "cyborgization".
Oh, yeah. NSFW content is also possible, yeah. Robotesses with big... um... details. :)

Where do I put this file? I cannot get it to render any robots lol
What file? LoRa? In /models/Lora, if you use AUTOMATIC1111 WebUI. LoRa must be activated in prompt to use it. In AUTOMATIC1111 there is a special button under the 'generate' button to connect the different embeddings.
@itdes with your setup now it will not be downloaded under /models/lora but /models/stablediffusion instead
@bullseyetroll Saw it, fixed it. Thanks! Within one model page, Civitai does not allow you to specify LoRa type for one file and Checkpoint type for another. Now I specified the LoRa type, because the last loaded one is LoRa and it is more actual. But it's either a bug of the site, or I don't see a non-obvious way to specify the type separately.
