I have turned of all styles btw, I have tried with AND without the standard laura (sdxl offset example), clip 2 i turned on the the debugg mode in fooocus. I have also tried with the "score_9, score_8_up, score_7_up" and with the additional 6,5, and 4 as well. Nothing seems to work. The breast slider does not work and the images are weird. Photorealistic looks ugly and anime lookes blotchy and weird. The breast size seems to stay at a c-d cup nomatter what I write, lora or no lora.

Given how casting in the 2000s worked, it'd be a wonder if it wasn't part of the consideration. As for your inquiry, Pony operates both based on language and Booru style tags. They sometimes work oddly, though. My most recent luck has been with the use "jutting" which isn't part of Booru but it doesn't gives you consistent lifted up appearance. I also see a reasonable result when I add "ultra" modifier to a feature. Say, ultra-jutting breasts tends to be more prominent than simple "jutting breasts". Using extra tag strength may also work (jutting breasts: 1.5) makes it priority and stronger in the prompt, albeit it may lead to shifts in the appearance and instability if you rely on tag strength modifiers too much.

Another result, which is actually a Booru tag, is "bursting breasts". It is meant for full breasts which are too big for said clothes and they press or even spill out of them. Another tag which is useful is "impossible breasts". Impossible clothes in Booru mean the clothes are impossibly form fitting around the body, which defies the physics of the clothes. When you use the impossible breasts tag it'd focus on the breast shape being too obvious over said clothes. Another approach is to go with "taut breasts" or "taut shirt". Both of those means that the breasts would push the clothes out and you see more realistic wrinkles or other features.
