Add pointy ears to negatives to prevent elven ears. You may try these tags: mechanical arms, mechanical legs, arms behind back, bound arms, reverse pray, extra arms, four arms, extra legs, four legs but they may wont work as intended.

A very early version that I tried over a month ago, but failed due to a lack of images or improperly spelled tags. A total of 16 attempts and over 120,000 training steps were spoiled. I guess the only way to make such a model is to generate yourself in a 3d editor (daz, mmd, blender, even sfm) enough material. I don't have the next few months such an opportunity
