So this is a Lora for pictures, there a girl have two choices but we all know the answer.
Activation tags:
PSDER, penis size difference, penis, (2boys:1.7), 1girl, small penis, large penisBest Lora Weight: 0.6-1.0. It can differ the results from propmt to prompt, so you can try changing wait to get better pictures.
May require adding ((3d)) in negative tags.
Works unexpectedly good and have enough of variety. But If you want to create better pictures I would recommend using regional prompter. The left penis is always bigger one.
Illustrious version are much less biased to specific race, but from my testing has less variety.
After some further testing I found out that it is capable to do some really good images that wasn't intendent to be, you can see in an examples
If you want me to continue creating Lora you can just donate some buzz or even post image to any of my Loras. It will help me a lot!

Very hard to get this to pop on forge, since I cant use regional prompter. I love this LORA, wish I could use it tho T.T

try using SD Forge Attention Couple extension, it works more or less the same as regional prompter. https://github.com/Haoming02/sd-forge-couple
@superslavsquats771 I played with it. And in my opinion it's not as powerful as Regional Prompter
