    Important information about each version is in, wait for it... the version notes! (Suggest reading those so you know how bad each one is. Thank you.)

    I strongly recommend...

    ADetailer model: face_yolov8n.pt

    Using a variation seed (You'll get a lot of near misses, can't imagine life without a variation seed)

    And suggest...

    VAE: vae-ft-mse-840000-ema-pruned.ckpt (Since it's the only VAE I've ever used...)

    DPM++ 3M SDE & Automatic at 30-40 steps, 768 x 512 upscaled to whatever size at between 0.20 & 0.50 denoising strength, CFG 3.5-5 at these settings...

    (There are probably better settings, but I don't experiment as much as I should)

    Description

    The slight improvement here is body shape and texture, with the right prompting it can create more natural bodies with some consistency, and in particular it's less prone to producing those unnatural rolls around the hip and groin area.

    It might not be as easy to use and it's possibly less accurate, if that makes sense, meaning faces can go wrong more often, and it might not respond as strongly to "face like..." prompts, although they do work.

    I recommend the negative prompt below, it doesn't have a particularly strong effect on body shape but it does help to zero the model's bias in a way.

    exaggerated booty, big haunches, ((BBW hips, fat bottomed)), cropped belly, (deformed iris, deformed pupils), low quality, jpeg artifacts, ugly, poorly drawn hands, poorly drawn face, mutation, deformed, bad anatomy, bad proportions, disfigured, malformed, comic, malformed limbs, missing arms, missing legs, extra arms, extra legs, shapely body, pear shaped body, unrealistic female form, cartoonish, tongue, heterochromia, cross eyed

    To better control body shape, I find "large/small upper/lower body" works better than most other things I've tried. Mentioning "upper body" seems to affect the composition, but I think you can negate this by placing "she has a..." before it.

    I've always found I get the best results from using a variety of words that mean the same thing; flab, flabby, fat, fatness, obese, blubbery, drooping, sagging, belly, tummy, etc...

    The model responds very strongly if you simply place "full body" somewhere in the prompt. In my experience, it means you will almost always get head to toe in frame.
