Place the file in your 'embeddings' folder, then call it from positive prompt. In A1111WebUI Poly-HD:0.8 in ComfyUI embeddings:Poly-HD:0.8.
@_Costa add file in your \stable-diffusion-webui\embeddings
then you can just use the name of the file, renaming it to something convenient may help
and using (((name))) will make it more weighted, if you cannot see any changes
