This is the beautiful actress Dina Meyer who played Dizzy Flores in the 90's sci-fi film Starship Troopers. She also played in Star Trek Nemesis, Saw, Johnny Mnemonic and other films and series.

Close but just not, I tried this one myself also, your attempt at creating a lora of her is close and a nice try. But it seems SDXL really struggles to capture her correctly. I think it's the lack of HD quality source materials from the early years which results in maybe HD pictures of her at an elderly age being used in combination with LQ images of her at an early age or atleast that is what happened in my case. I hope you can crack it and your next version is spot on, I myself have given up on her after 6 failed tries.
You are right. She is a difficult subject for SDXL. I will try with PONY before trying again on SDXL. The problem is not the LQ of the photos but that she has changed too many styles in her appearence over the years. In my next attempt I will try to train the model in one style only (the one she had in Starship Troopers). I guess that will do the trick. Thank you for your feeback my friend.
